Even though there may exist apps from a third party with better performance, Apple won\u2019t let you erase the default apps. And the main reason is that the default apps are essential for the correct functioning of your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example,<strong> the Phone app is the main software to connect your phone and make calls<\/strong>. Something similar occurs with Messages for the SMS features. If you eliminate any of the default apps, the new iPhone may start failing. That\u2019s why you can\u2019t uninstall them. Besides, all the Apple apps are made to work together in the Apple ecosystem.
