There are also those who say that the app cancels their reservation and it brings them several drawbacks. One of the users, for example, states the following about the booking process in Airbnb app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt has already happened twice. I <strong>book an Airbnb<\/strong> and then I receive a message from the host saying that the house is occupied. It\u2019s better to check a hotel booking app where you don\u2019t need to wait 24 hours for an answer\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most common problem with Airbnb booking is that the dates may not be available but the system shows them anyway. This happens when the platform doesn\u2019t update properly. The problems is even more serious because they may even charge you without confirming the reservation. Another user complaints because of this on the app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI don\u2019t know why they charge you in advance and then the booking is not available. If I pay I commit myself, and the host should also commit. A host turned down my booking because another user wanted more days of reservation. It\u2019s not fair\u201d.<em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payment problems<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Other problems with Airbnb bookings may be directly related with payment. It\u2019s possible that your credit card isn\u2019t working and then the payment can\u2019t be processed. Then the reservations falls.<\/em> Payment issues regarding credit cards or incomplete information are more usual than you may think of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The host thinks you will hold a party<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It may sound strange, but it\u2019s a more common reason for Airbnb reservation problems. <strong>Hosts prefer renting rooms and houses to people older than 25 years old <\/strong>when they are from nearby towns. There were several situations when young people rented a house, made a party and wreaked havoc. The users are affected by this because Airbnb algorithm may stop the booking of different places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>App is not working or there\u2019s bad connection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another <strong>Airbnb booking issue<\/strong> may be related to Internet service. When the connection is not good, the app tends to fail. Sometimes it\u2019s a problem with the Airbnb servers but there\u2019s also the possibility of local Internet connection problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best solution is to restart your device or the router, and try again. If the app doesn\u2019t respond, you may check if there\u2019s a server problem at the moment.
