Fortnite Love and Legends event started on February 5. You can activate it with the 39.40 update and it features a great array of new content, including KPop Demon Hunters skins and changes for Fortnite Reload.
The celebration of love is an excuse, but Love and Legends in Fortnite will also feature login rewards and free level ups for your characters. Epic Games is always looking for special occasions and days to celebrate within the Fortnite universe. Now it’s the turn of Valentine’s Day.
Fortnite Love and Legends beginning
During February, Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 map will receive Love and Legends updates starting on February 5. Epic usually releases the updates a week earlier in order for players to grind through the challenges and earn all Valentine’s Day-themed items. Love and Legends from Fortnite will run throughout all February 2026.

Fortnite Love and Legends K-Pop Demon Hunter Wave 2
The official announcement of Wave 2 for K-Pop Demon Hunters Fans is great news. This is one of the most popular recent collaborations of Epic Games. The new wave brings new Golden skins for the HUNTR/X trio but also a brand new Jinu skin. Epic will also hold the KPop Demon Hunters Solo Cup allowing players to compete in order to obtain Jinu skin for free.
You can go to the Fortnite Item Shop to get the Jinu skin as well as other cosmetics like the Sussie back bling. Along the Wave 2 of this collaboration there will also be Demon Hunters Mythincs soon, adding them to the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 loot pool. All the new skins for the Wave 2 include:

The Return of Nitemare Island in Fortnite Love and Legends
Epic will celebrate Friday the 13th with fireworks. The roadmap confirms that Nitema Island map will be making a return to the Fortnite Reload map pool. This scenario was originally introduced during Fortnite 37.50 update and is themed around Halloween. This spooky landscape will make an appearance during the Love and Legends Event in Fortnite.
The New Ice King Remix Skin and Fortnite OG Ice Storm Event
Fortnite OG Season 7 festivities will also bring a remixed version of the Ice King. This was the legendary ruler of Polar Peak. Unlike the original skin which was much more regal, in the Remixed Ice King skin you will find a modernized design. Epic also confirmed the OG Ice Storm live event, possibly bringing the Ice Legion Monsters to OG Island.
Return of The Seven in Fortnite Love and Legends
Fortnite storyline fans can rejoice with the return of The Seven during Love and Legends update. The Seven is the most important faction in Chapter 7 Season 1. Players will find The Sevens’ logo in the roadmap and February 23 as the date for the return. Right now, The Order is already in captivity under the Dark Voyager, it seems that each member will slowly be reintroduced to the storyline and it’s a big win for lore fans.
Login Rewards
Epic game also announced that players with 10 different days log in during Love and Legends can earn 9 Level-ups for the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 Battle Pass and the Sweetest Shot Loading Screen.
