Microsoft wants to replace For developers page with Advanced settings. The most experienced users will be able to use Windows 11 to the fullest extent thanks to this new tool. In case you want to activate the new features you need to make use of the open source tool Vive Tool.
The new advanced settings menu has not been officially announced yet. In order to enable it manually you need the most recent Windows 11 preview version. Use the channels Dev and Beta and follow the instructions.
- Download Vive Tool from GitHub.
- Open a system symbol window with Administrator permits.
- Type:
vivetool /enable /id:56005157 - Restart your Windows 11 and you will the new Advanced Settings configuration.
