How to send your Ticketmaster ticket to someone else if you can’t attend

Your next concert is just around the corner, but something unexpected has come up and you’re unable to attend. Instead of leaving your ticket unused, Ticketmaster offers a simple way to transfer (send) it to someone else and ensure they don’t miss out.

In the Ticketmaster app

Open the app and go to the “My Tickets” section, where all the events you’ve booked will appear.

Then, select the concert in question and press the transfer button. To verify that you are the owner, the system will ask you for a one-time code; you will receive it by SMS or email.

Once validated, select the tickets you want to transfer and choose the “Transfer to” option. Here you can enter the recipient’s phone number or email address.
